Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our absolute discretion.
No booking will be accepted until you have completed, signed and returned a Meet and Greet form and our Doggy Daycare Application form with all other relevant paperwork.
The price of these services is set out in our price list.
If the services are unavailable or we need to vary the price to take account of any increase in our costs we will notify you and allow you an opportunity to cancel.
By signing our Doggy Daycare Application form you confirm that your dog:

Is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable condition within the last 30 days prior to signing the Doggy Daycare Application Form.
Has not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.
Has been fully vaccinated.

You agree that you will inform us of any change in your dog's health before the duration of your booking.
You agree that the details you have provided us in the Doggy Daycare Application Form are true and accurate and that you will inform us of any change in the information provided in case of repeat booking.
You understand that you are responsible for the medical treatment of any injury or illness. If your dog requires medical treatment whilst in our care, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss their needs. You agree that if we are unable to contact you, unless you specifically request otherwise, we will arrange treatment as we deem appropriate, including veterinary treatment and euthanasia (if deemed appropriate by a veterinary professional). You agree that any costs and expenses incurred as a result of veterinary treatment will be payable by you. In the event that your Veterinary practice is unresponsive, we are registered with: Medivet, 47 The Ridgeway, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, MK45 1DJ.
If your dog shows any signs of aggression towards a Canine Carer this may result in them being isolated until they return home. If such an incident occurs your dog will no longer be welcome at Paws Galore.
You understand that you are solely responsible for any and all harm caused by your dog whist they are attending Paws Galore or using any service provided by Paws Galore.
You agree that you will notify Paws Galore of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative or dangerous behaviour by your dog that has potential to cause harm to any other dog or individual.
You understand that during normal dog play, dogs may sustain injuries. All dog play is monitored at Paws Galore to avoid injury but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments or other injuries may occur despite our best efforts. You realise that pads on paws may initially become sensitive until your dog becomes used to running on different surfaces.
You understand that if you fail to provide proof of vaccinations or if your dog's vaccinations are found to have expired or otherwise incomplete, Paws Galore has the right to refuse service until current proof is provided.
You understand that even if your dog is vaccinated for Bordetella (kennel Cough) there is a chance that your dog can still contract kennel cough. You agree that you will not hold Paws Galore responsible if that happens whilst in the care of Paws Galore.
You will allow your dog to be photographed, videoed and/or used in any media or advertising by Paws Galore without prior approval by you. All such photographs are the property of Paws Galore.
You agree that you will pay all fees set forth by Paws Galore as displayed on our website www.pawsgalore.store
All dogs attending our daycare must wear a collar and tag and be micro-chipped.
You accept that Paws Galore may close during extreme weather events.

Cancellation - the following charges apply:
If we are unable to access your property while trying to either pick up or drop off your dog through no fault of our own, the cancellation fee will be 100% of that day's service.
If you cancel your booking after 6pm the evening before your booking, you will be charged 100% of the amount.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
